Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping method, carrier, origin, and destination. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll either indicate it on the product page or notify you via email.
We hope you love your purchase from Calmslip, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you're welcome to return it for a refund.
All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
To Start A Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@calmslip.com and include your order number. We'll follow up with next steps via email.
In some cases we may not require the item to be sent back. If so, we'll simply issue a refund to your card and let you keep the product.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll be happy to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
