Shipping policy

Here is everything you need to know about how and when your Calmslip order will arrive.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders have flat-rate shipping of $6.95. After processing, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occasionally occur due to postal or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost Or Delayed Packages
If your package is taking longer than expected or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@calmslip.com and we’ll be happy to investigate and assist you.
